If you are unable to use the ticket, refunds or changes cannot be made.
This ticket is valid for admission to both Kumamoto Castle and Wakuwakuza.
This ticket must be presented on your smartphone screen and will not be accepted if printed. Ensure that your screen is fully visible when presenting the ticket.
Public areas and paid areas at Kumamoto Castle are open for visits.
Entry may be refused to those who do not comply with the above guidelines or if the ticket is used outside the validity period.
