The spa was able to accommodate my time since I went there an hour earlier of my actually booking time
The procedure to exchange the vouchers was simple and convenient--I enquired through their LINE account and staff were prompt with arranging my reservation, also when I requested to change my booking time. The staff on-site on the day were good and the facilities was nice. I enjoyed my massage, but my mum's masseuse dropped the hot stone a couple of times during her massage (we were in the same room), which kind of interrupted the peace a little...but no biggie. Overall experience was good.
