IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car will be closed for maintenance from 12-23 January 2026. The Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car will be operating daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM during this period instead.
Please note that the Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car does not stop at Chin Swee Caves Temple.
Child policy:
Children below 90cm in height are free of charge.
Children between 90-110cm in height require a child ticket.
Children above 110cm in height require an adult ticket.
Children under 17 years must be accompanied by a supervising companion at all times.

Genting SkyWorlds
Kindly be informed that the Studio Plaza will undergo upgrades starting 22 November 2024 until further notice. During this period, all guests are advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway located at Level G, SkyAvenue for park admission.
All tickets must be booked one day in advance.
The park is closed on Tuesdays, except during Malaysian public holidays.
Please note that admission to Genting SkyWorlds for Malaysian citizens is classified as either low category from Sundays to Thursdays, excluding public holidays, or peak category on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays. The validity of your open-dated ticket will be determined by the travel date you select at checkout.
All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds are advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue for park admission. The Studio Plaza entry to Genting SkyWorlds is reserved only for hotel guests.
Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions, and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date.
