Pretty much seamless. There are many counters to exchange the e-voucher for a physical ticket. You'll need to go to the one nearest to the bus stop of the bus number you're taking.
Easy to use & exchange to have it into actual bus tickets and its cheaper than the official rate of about ₩18000
The bus ride to the city was comfortable and stress free! The pick up point was easy to locate. Will purchase again the next time we visit Seoul.
