SIM Registration
- SIM registration is compulsory and activation of SIM will be done upon collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
- SIM registration using a passport will be valid for 30 days only. To continue using your SIM beyond this period, you must re-register at any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailer, or authorised retailer using your Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (NRIC / Work Permit) within 30 days of your initial registration.

- Each person may register up to three (3) SIM cards, in accordance with IMDA regulations.
Child Policy
- Purchaser and user must be at least 15 years old.
- Not suitable for children under 15 years.

I was trying to figure out if it would be a physical sim or an eSIM and only until i had paid did it become clear that its only a physical sim. My phone only had eSIM, if i had known i wouldn’t have bought it. Money wasted.
Frustrating How difficult is it to explain whether someone has an eSIM for data only or for some that includes calling and a phone number - no effect support
The sim worked install but on the Singtel app shows up as 100 go local instead of 200 and can’t see any roaming data on it
do no mention that it must be collected at the airport. And if today is the first day of the sim card, cannot cancel the booking, which means that people must go back to the airport for the collection.
