It was nice experience to explore Hakone with this day pass! Really worth the price!😆
The scenery from the cable cars were great and were the highlight of the trip. Weather is fickle: intense fog and mist suddenly appearing out of nowhere I was forced to descend from the cable car station because there was little visibility. Pirate ship rides were cancelled from 3PM onwards. Then it rained for the rest of the day and there was nothing else to do but stay in a ryokan and bathe in the onsen. I wasn't able to catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji due to inclement weather. I can't say I made full use of the pass, so maybe next time.
