Product Terms & Conditions:

Please check in with our guide at 6:40am outside the ** Hilton Hotel,
BACK ENTRANCE , located at 255 ** Pitt Street, Sydney . Our bus,
clearly branded Anderson’s Tours, will depart at 6:45am.

Very Important Note:

If you are traveling with friends or family on separate bookings, please
inform us at least 24 hours before the travel date to ensure you will be on
the same bus. Any special requests must also be communicated outside of 24
hours. Food or hot beverages can only be consumed outside of the bus. We
recommend having breakfast prior to departure time. Please bring a bottle of
water and a hat. Note that wearing singlets is not permitted at certain
venues. No changes to meeting points can be made 24 hours of departure date
and strictly not on the day as different buses are allocated to different
meeting points.

Weather Policy:

Tours operate rain or shine. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the
departure date if you wish to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions.
We are not responsible for conditions that may occur in inclement weather,
refunds are not available.

There is no storage available for luggage, strollers, or wheelchairs on our
buses.
