• Driver information will be provided via the KKday platform before departure. Please be sure to confirm and reply. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
  

• Please note that the driver will not accompany you into attractions and does not provide guided tours.

• We recommend purchasing accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.
  

• No refunds will be provided for participants who are late or do not show up at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time.
  

• Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  

• The base service duration for this tour is 3 hours, including all stops, sightseeing, and driving time.

• If the tour exceeds 3 hours, an extension fee of KRW 30,000 per hour will be charged to the customer. Please pay this directly to the driver in cash.

• If you expect your tour to exceed 3 hours, please specify this in the remarks section when booking (e.g., 'I would like to arrange a 6-hour tour'). In this case, you only need to book the 3-hour base tour, and the remaining hours will be paid by the customer to the driver in cash on the day of the tour.

✴︎ Tour Scope Information

Sightseeing is limited to the area selected at the time of booking (Chuncheon, Gangneung, or Sokcho).

If your planned attractions are outside of this area, the driver may not be able to accommodate the request. Thank you for your understanding.

To avoid any impact on your tour, we recommend confirming that all your destinations are within the selected area before departure.

This tour is operated by Korean drivers, some of whom can communicate in basic English.

If you encounter language difficulties during the trip, we recommend using translation tools or apps (such as Papago, Google Translate, etc.) to assist with communication.

- Cancellation & Change Policy -

✴︎ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 3 days before the departure date for a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or for no-shows on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

✴︎ Tour Time Change Policy 

If you need to change your pickup time, please submit your request at least 2 days before the departure date. 

As driver schedules are arranged in advance, we cannot guarantee that change requests will be successful. Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend contacting the supplier the day before departure to confirm if adjustments can be made.

✴︎ No-Show / Late Policy

If you do not show up at the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.

If you are late due to traffic or other reasons, please be sure to contact us before the scheduled pickup time. The driver can wait for up to 1 hour, but the tour will still end at the originally scheduled time.

(e.g., If your tour is scheduled for 09:00-12:00 and you meet the driver at 10:00, the tour will still end at 12:00.)

✴︎ Weekend & Holiday Policy 

If your tour is scheduled for a weekend or a Korean public holiday, cancellation or change requests will only be accepted before 15:00 on Friday or the last business day.
