For safety reasons, larger items of luggage (such as suitcases, bags and shopping bags) may not be taken onto the tower. The maximum size for backpacks is (45x35x20cm WxHxL)

Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance

The venue is located directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station

Leave your wardrobe at the entrance area. It is free

Go directly to the security control on the first floor of the TV Tower and show your smartphone voucher

Hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile

You will be allocated seating by a hostess who will meet you at the steps to the restaurant

The chosen timeslot is for the reservation at the restaurant; you can visit the observation deck afterward

Restaurant reservations can only be held for 15 minutes from the time on your voucher

Delays may occur due to the security checks in front of and inside the Tower

The security staff will do bag checks at the entrance area

Do not bring bottles, cans, or other receptacles containing liquids. If you do bring them, security will have to dispose of them. A claim for the return of the items or for compensation is excluded.
