Must Know
An elevator is available for accessibility. Strollers, wheelchairs, and large items are not permitted. Train seating is unreserved and re-entry is prohibited after exiting.
Pre Purchase
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 travel free but must sit on an adult's lap on the train.
Usage
Arrive at the Busselton foreshore 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time for parking and check-in. Collect tickets and check in at the Interpretive Centre (blue buildings near the Jetty). Check-in must be completed 15 minutes before departure. Parking is 50–100 meters from the Jetty. Address: Busselton Jetty, 15 Foreshore Parade, Busselton WA 6280, Australia.

We drove 3 hours to Busselton Jetty and was told the tour was cancelled and they informed everyone beforehand. However, we received no emails or calls. Apparently, they attempted to contact us, but Pelago did not provide ANY customer information to them, hence they could not reach us. I tried to get a refund on Pelago but the chatbot said no cancellations allowed. Total waste of my trip here. First and last time using Pelago.
