- 24, 48, and 72-hour tickets have unlimited usage within your chosen timeframe, valid from when you first hop on the bus.
- 1, 2, and 3-day tickets have unlimited usage valid from when you first hop on the bus until the end of service time on the calendar day.
- The sunset and night tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. It operates only one loop daily, lasting for two hours.
- Departure times and bus frequency may vary. Check the official website for complete information on the routes, stops, and daily operating hours.
- Children under 5 years can join in free of charge but will not be entitled to a seat.
- Children 3 to 4 years old require a separate ticket for the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
- The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.
