We were unsure when will we clear immigration on arrival, therefore didn't pre-reserve the train but chose to redeem the vouchers at the station for the next train to Seoul Station. Very easy to redeem by using the kiosk at the station.

At Incheon airport, easy to exchange for AREX tickets from vending machine - just enter the number under the bar code (in email). As for Seoul station to Incheon airport, have exchanged for tickets ahead of time, so just need use QR code to enter AREX waiting area. After disembarking at Incheon airport, do need a litlle more time to figure how to get to the departure hall though. Overall, comfy & pleasant experience with the AREX ride to and from Incheon airport.
