Please confirm vehicle availability with customer service before placing your order. Silent orders cannot be processed. Please be aware of this.

Orders placed within 24 hours are considered urgent and will be subject to price increases. Please book as early as possible. (Urgent orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.)

2. If services are required between 22:00 and 07:00, the driver will be charged overtime pay.

3. Please provide the accurate number of passengers, luggage, and dimensions so that we can provide you with a suitable vehicle recommendation.

4. There are no special circumstances regarding vehicle usage time and mileage rules; the standards are as follows:

City/surrounding area charter service duration and distance (starting from city area): 10 hours 300 kilometers;

Note: Service hours cannot be interrupted, for example: 8 am to 6 pm, a normal 10-hour charter.

5. If a guest is unable to arrive due to force majeure (such as the flight or cruise ship being unable to reach the destination), a full refund or change is available!

6. For trips departing from and ending in northern Okinawa, an additional NT$200 empty-trip fee applies.

7. The first child safety seat is free; the second one will cost 2000 yen.

8. The tour does not include highway tolls and parking fees (drivers usually find free parking spots; however, parking fees incurred due to special circumstances will be the responsibility of the passenger).

9. The duration of the same-day charter package cannot be upgraded; only overtime fees will be charged after the package ends.
