The trip n tour is good but Pelago is bad on customer service and will not recommend. Use Klook instead much better customer service. Using Pelago 1) when a vendor cancels Pelago take more than 3 months to refund. 2) there is no integration of booking to detect collision or warning of booking conflict. Then why bother use Pelago might as well mix n match. No value add 3) when need support they take 5 days to revert. So much for solitaire ppl priority. Maybe it would have been 50 days if not. So be warned. 4) even if u find an error after 5 mins of booking their reply is too bad because they took 5 days to reply 5) simply tell us its your problem when things go bad. No telephone support n chat bot is useless. Emails take forever to reply. Honestly go to Klook much better customer service Really will never use Pelago anymore and recommend folks to use Klook
