- The place does not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment at least 1–2 days in advance of your visit date
- After you book a service, please let the staff know the desired time slot of your visit date via the KKday message
- Confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded
- In case of a service time change, it is possible up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Rebooking or rescheduling is not possible in case of a late or no-show without a separate message

It was easy to redeem and use - the activity can be done any time on the selected day. The staff were friendly - the only thing is, it's mandatory to use Bounce socks which is 85 baht on top.
