I highly recommend this agency if you have plans to visit Istanbul. Professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive tour operator! The tour operator, Ibrahim, was in contact shortly after my booking was made, to confirm the details. He provided all the information needed about the private cruise experience and was very accommodating of my requests to adjust the number of bottles of wine and timing of the cruise. He even had recommendations for other tour activities that could be booked via his company and transport arrangements. As I had already made those plans via other platforms, i did not take his offer. Whenever I had questions about places to visit, Ibrahim never failed to respond to me very quickly on suggestions and alternatives. A quick reminder message on the details of pickup timing and the guide's details one day before my departure for Istanbul was a very nice touch. Our guide, Onur, was at our hotel doorstep promptly at 5.30pm. My friends and I were immediately taken to Onur with his friendly demeanour, great personality, and abundant information about the city and its people. He took us to the pier and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the boat that had been booked for us was. We were seated comfortably on the upper deck with 360deg views. The ride was amazing, with 3 hours of beautiful views along the Bosphorous, complete with information and commentary by Onur. All in my group totally enjoyed the experience and agreed that this was a very special evening for us. A big thank you to Ibrahim and Onur for making it all happen!
