Train Timeslot: The Airport Express train runs every 10 minutes. It takes about 24 minutes from the airport to Central, the city center, about 18 minutes from the airport to Kowloon Station, and about 14 minutes from the airport to Tsing Yi Station.
From the airport to the city: To downtown: first bus at 05:54, last bus at 00:48
From the city to the airport:
- Hong Kong:First bus 05:50, last bus 00:48
- Kowloon: First bus 05:53, last bus 00:52
- Tsing Yi :First bus 06:00, last bus 00:59
- Passengers taking the last train must enter the station at least 5 minutes before the train departs.
- The above information is for reference only. Please refer to the announcement at the Airport Express Station for the specific departure times of each departure time!
Instructions for use:
- This product is not applicable to the AsiaWorld-Expo Station.
- One-way tickets are one-way and two-way. They can be used from the airport or the city. They must be used within the face validity period. They can only be used once.
- Each round-trip ticket QR Code comes with 2 Airport Express rides, and passengers must use the same QR Code for both the outbound and return journeys. Round-trip ticket QR Code The first journey must be used within the face validity period, and the second journey must be used within 30 days from the date of use of the first journey. Please refer to the ticket face for the validity date.
- If passengers use the free city check-in service, they must use the same QR Code before check-in.
- You do not need to use the QR Code to enter the gate when boarding the Airport Express from the airport. When you arrive at your destination, just open the QR Code voucher and scan it to go directly out of the gate.
- Hong Kong Station tickets can be used at Kowloon Station or Tsing Yi Station, and Kowloon Station tickets can be used at Tsing Yi Station but the fare difference will not be refunded.
- For any train service issues, you can call the MTR hotline (00852) 2881 8888 or log on to the MTR mtr website. The Airport Express Customer Service Center is open from 6 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. from Monday to Sunday; contact numbers: Hong Kong Station - 25233627, Kowloon Station - 27360162, Tsing Yi Station - 2449 9059, please take note!

Swift and easy. Tip: do not rush but keep your qrcode (usually hp) stationary at the gate reader for few moments; it takes some seconds to read the code. Also do not follow too closely behind the passenger in front while going thru the gates (for the same reason; the gate/reader needs to refresh & be ready to read the next approaching passenger's qrcode.)
