The driver was very friendly, helpful and punctual. The driver received a 5 Star rating from me! However, the lack of communication pertaining to the confirmation of this booking can be improved. I do understand that driver arrangements can only be done earliest perhaps 12-24 hours earlier. However, in past or other bookings, the agency who made the arrangements would have texted via WhatsApp a minimally 24 hours earlier if not more. I have experienced one (can’t remember it’s South Korea or Thailand) that texted me 48 hours earlier just to confirm that I have made the bookings and assured me that a driver is being arranged. For this agency, no text was received until 30 mins before my confirmed time, which has caused some uncertainties on whether was the booking confirmed? Is the driver coming? This is because even the instructions from the confirmation email sent was not clear on how to communicate with the agency or driver during emergencies? There was no email, phone number (except for a Singapore landline) stated on the pdf sent. Then I have also tried to communicate via PELAGO. The chatbot is totally useless…as I tried maneuvering around the fixed answers given by the bot, but cannot address my issue at all. The chatbot does not allow me to state my questions but my answers need to be the prefixed answers the bot has fixed. There were no other ways of communicating with Pelago. We ended up sending in a ticket and by the time the email came back, I am already back in Singapore. The above have caused unnecessary anxieties as since we were rushing for a flight, if the booking indeed did not go thru, if we need to make a separate arrangements, we would not have enough time to do so and may miss our flight. Hence this booking indeed fell short in the communication aspect that has cost the rating by 2 stars. Hope these two issues pertaining to communication can be improved. Other platforms allow us to do live chat to resolve issues during emergencies. Thanks!

Friendly driver and arrive on time at destination. Just a little hiccup as information of the car was provided wrongly but was solved with a couple of WhatsApp call with the driver during pickup time.

I originally expected a seven-seater vehicle for the price I paid, not a RAV4. The pictures on the Pelago booking page showed a seven-seater van, but the vehicle I actually received didn't match what I saw. I thought with the rate I paid I should have gotten a 7-seater car instead of a RAV4 car. The photo shown in the booking image on Pelago was a 7-seater van instead, but what I’m getting is not what I saw.
