We had a great day, very informative, shame the Tuscan sun wasn't shining but weather is out of everyone's control. There was some confusion with the pick up point we had 2 points on ours starting point as Hotel Minerva and Meeting point in front of Cafe 'La Lizza' which caused some confusion, we went to the La Lizza as this is where it said to show your ticket to the guide. Minerva would have been easier as we were staying there!! Luckily we got a phone call and was able to make our way to the Minerva along with another family who also had the wrong pick up point. I would suggest this is amended for future bookings.
