• Important: Enter your full passport or ID number. Typing just “Passport” will not be accepted at checkout.

Identity Verification Requirements: All bookings are final. Once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds or modifications can be made. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Taiwan Nationals: Provide the English spelling of your name and your Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents number.
2. China Nationals: Provide your full name and 18-digit PRC Resident ID Card number.
3. Hong Kong & Macau Nationals: Provide your name and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents number.
4. Other Nationalities: Provide the English spelling of your name (as shown on your passport) and your passport number.

Park Entry Requirements: Visitors who have purchased park tickets or annual passes must bring and present the valid ID used for the purchase on the day of their visit.

1. Taiwanese visitors: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.
2. Chinese visitors: PRC Resident ID Card.
3. Hong Kong & Macau visitors: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, Chinese Travel Document, or Chinese Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents.
4. International visitors: Valid passport or China Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card.

• Guests may enter the park using facial recognition. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardians when using facial recognition for park entry.
• Shanghai Disney Resort will implement new regulations regarding vehicles starting December 10, 2024.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.

Park Entry Requirements for Chinese visitors under the age of 16 and children under 3:

Chinese Visitors Under 16

• Chinese visitors under the age of 16 who have not yet obtained a Resident Identity Card of the People’s Republic of China must present the original household registration used during ticket purchase at the time of entry.
• Before entering the park, please visit the resort’s official online platform to submit the Resident Identity Card number listed under your name in the household registration. Once submitted, you will receive an electronic ID code.

Please note: The electronic ID code is not a valid admission credential. At the entry gate, visitors must present both the original household registration used for ticket purchase and the electronic ID code as proof of admission.

Chinese Visitors Under 3

• Children under the age of 3 on the day of their visit who qualify for free admission must have their guardians present a valid form of the child’s identification.
• Acceptable IDs include: The original Resident Identity Card of the People’s Republic of China or the original household registration.
• Guardians must ensure they carry the required documentation for verification at the entry gate.

• Standard Ticket: Ages 12 to 59 on the date of park visitation
• Child Ticket: Ages 3 to 11 (both inclusive) on the date of park visitation
• Senior Ticket: Ages 60 and above on the date of park visitation
• Free Admission: Children under the age of 3 on the date of park visitation

• All ages mentioned above are determined based on the guest’s date of birth as of the date of visit.
• Guests who do not meet the criteria for special pricing or free admission must purchase a standard ticket to visit Shanghai Disneyland.

Disney Premier Access Redemption:

• Enter the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the selected attraction or the reserved area at entertainment venues at any time during the Validity Period (subject to attraction operations).
• Open the Disney Premier Access QR Code within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or present the QR Code on your park ticket for scanning at the redemption device.
• A Cast Member will verify the photo associated with the park ticket to ensure it matches the person redeeming the Disney Premier Access.
• If the visual identity does not match, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted.
• Please check the Disney Premier Access Set details screen for included attractions and entertainment experiences, as well as the real-time attraction status and entertainment showtimes on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App.
• Guests must comply with height restrictions and safety rules for all attractions and entertainment experiences.

Adventure Set:

• Zootopia: Hot Pursuit (any height) – Guests with the Disney Premier Access can enter Zootopia with a shorter wait time. However, some queue area scenes may be skipped when entering through the Disney Premier Access entrance.
• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (97 cm or taller)
• TRON Lightcycle Power Run – Presented by Chevrolet (122 cm or taller)
• Roaring Rapids (107 cm or taller)
• Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue (any height)
• Challenge Trails at Camp Discovery (106 cm or taller) – This is an overhead activity. Closed-toe shoes with secured heel straps are required.

If any of the above attractions are closed due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure will be the replacement.

Adventure Set A:

• TRON Lightcycle Power Run – Presented by Chevrolet (122 cm or taller)
• Roaring Rapids (107 cm or taller)
• Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue (Any height)

** For the above Adventure Set, Pirates of the Caribbean Battle for the Sunken Treasure will be the replacement if any of the attraction options from the bundle is closed due to scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.

Adventure Set B:

• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (97 cm or taller)
• Rex's Racer
• Challenge Trails at Camp Discovery (106 cm or taller. This is an overhead activity. Closed-toe shoes with secured heel strap are required)

Please note that from Mar 5 to Apr 1, “Challenge Trails at Camp Discovery” from the bundle will be temporarily replaced by “Pirates of the Caribbean Battle for the Sunken Treasure” due to scheduled maintenance.

Please note that starting April 18, 2026, "Rex's Racer" in the bundle will be replaced by "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure." If any bundle attractions close due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, "Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue" will serve as the replacement.

Inspiration Set:

• Soaring Over the Horizon (102 cm or taller)
• Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure (any height)

After entering the park, you can bind your ticket to your device and collect relevant coupons in two ways:

Via the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App:

• Open the app and go to "My"
• Click on "Scan" in the upper right corner
• Scan your ticket’s QR code and confirm the binding
• Receive the corresponding coupon

Via the Official WeChat Account of Shanghai Disney Resort:

• Reply with the keyword "個人中心" in the WeChat chat
• Click on the link to enter "My Center" (個人中心)
• Tap "Scan" in the upper right corner and scan your ticket’s QR code
• Confirm the binding and receive your coupon

• Once collected, you can find and use your coupons in the "My Coupons" section of the Shanghai Disney Resort app or WeChat account.
• Friendly Reminder: Install the Shanghai Disney Resort official app and register as a member before entering China for a smoother experience.

• Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
• If your booked option states "No Reservation Required," you do not need to make an advance reservation.
• For tickets that require an advanced reservation, please book at least 48 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
• Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed for this activity unless otherwise specified.
• Please note that any change or reschedule requests are subject to your ticket type.
• If the option description does not include instructions for rescheduling, it means your ticket cannot be changed or rescheduled.

Voucher Type:

• The voucher will contain the confirmation number ("GAL..."). Do not expect QR codes.

Reservation & Entry Guidelines:

• Guests are required to make a reservation in advance based on their ticket type’s eligible visitation days. Admission is granted only with a successful reservation.
• Check the latest calendar on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website for eligible visitation dates.
• Limited daily reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Reservations can be cancelled or modified before arriving at the Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance, subject to availability and park operations.

How to Reserve & Enter:

1. Create a Disney Account via the official website.
2. Make an online reservation using the confirmation number on your voucher ("GAL...").
3. On your visit day, present your e-voucher and passport at the entrance for entry.

Tickets that Do Not require a Reservation:

• If your booked option states "No Reservation Required," you do not need to make an advance reservation.
• On your visit day, simply present your original ID or passport used for booking and the GAL number from your voucher for redemption.
