You will need to arrive 1 hour before your selected flight time.
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Participants must be aged 3+.
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Weight limit: under 105kg if under 180cm; under 115kg if over 180cm*
- Not suitable for pregnant individuals.
- Not suitable for those with neck, back, or heart conditions.
- Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
- Participants must not have a history of shoulder dislocation.
- Participants must not be wearing a hard plaster cast.
- All participants must sign a Statement of Risk waiver form.
*Flyers over the standard weight limit but under 135kg may be accommodated with an experienced instructor (subject to availability). This must be arranged at least 7 days in advance and includes a $30 special request fee. The iFLY High package is not available to those over the standard weight limit.
Please arrive at least 1 hour before your flight time. Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
