The pick up wasdisasterous but finally we got pick up. Driver and tour lady helpful. The cruise was short . Show excellent andvthe food delicious
The entertainment and food on the boat were very good, and the drop-off driver and tour guide were friendly and professional. However, the customer service was poor. The booking stated starting 6:00 pm pick-up, but I received no response or pick-up details despite contacting customer service multiple times. Finally I went to the destination by uber at 6:10 pm.
