1. Monday: 13:00–22:00 (except public holidays; if a holiday falls on Monday, operation will be postponed to the next working day).
Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00–22:00.
Last entry: 21:30.
2. On the first Monday of each month, the Ferris wheel undergoes a regular maintenance check (except public holidays; postponed to the next working day).
Operating hours on maintenance days: 16:00–22:00.
【Ticketing Information】
1. Each user may purchase up to 5 tickets per day across all online platforms. Multiple orders made with the same mobile number will be regarded as one user.
2. Please ensure your mobile phone number is entered correctly during purchase. It cannot be modified once submitted.
3. As the number of passengers per day is limited, tickets will no longer be available once sold out.
4. Ticket inspection closes 30 minutes before closing time. Please plan your visit accordingly. Each ticket permits only one rotation.
5. Admission is only valid during the time slot selected at purchase. Tickets are invalid outside the selected period.
6. For invoice or order-related issues, please contact customer service.
【Passenger Guidelines】
For your safety and that of others, please read the following instructions carefully before boarding and follow all staff directions. Any unsafe or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
1. Each capsule has a maximum capacity of 25 passengers (total weight not exceeding 1,750 kg). Those with acrophobia or cardiovascular diseases are advised not to ride. Intoxicated or mentally ill persons are strictly prohibited from boarding.
2. Please follow staff instructions and do not board any capsule under inspection or maintenance.
3. Children under 1.4 meters in height or under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers over 65 years old or with disabilities must also be accompanied by another ticket-holding adult.
4. After ticket verification, please enter the platform in order. Do not push or crowd.
5. When the cabin doors are closing, do not use your hands or objects to block or pry the door.
6. Keep the capsule clean and tidy. Smoking, bringing alcohol, and littering are strictly prohibited.
7. Do not jump, run, or lean against windows or doors inside the capsule.
8. Except in emergencies, do not touch the intercom button or any electrical equipment.
9. Do not touch the fire extinguisher or other emergency devices unless there is a fire.
10. The following items are strictly prohibited: flammable, explosive, corrosive, leaking, oversized, or overweight items.
11. In case of fire, earthquake, flood, or typhoon, do not use the Ferris wheel.
12. If any abnormality occurs—such as door malfunction, vibration, unusual sounds, or burning smell—notify staff immediately through the in-cabin intercom system.
13. In the event of a power outage or technical failure, please remain calm and follow staff instructions for safe evacuation.
14. The capsules are rigorously tested. The structure and glass are designed to safely bear passenger weight. If the floor tilts, remain calm and wait for instructions until the capsule returns to the ground.
15. If communication equipment fails, use another device to contact the Ferris wheel control room.
【Important Safety Notes】
1. If you become trapped inside the capsule, please stay calm. The capsule is not airtight and poses no risk of suffocation.
2. Use the emergency button or other communication tools to contact staff. Rescue personnel will arrive as soon as possible.
3. Do not attempt to force the door open—it may cause serious injury.
【Security Inspection Notice】
Dear visitors:
To ensure your safety and the stable operation of the equipment, please comply with the following security inspection requirements. Cooperation with on-site staff is appreciated.
Ⅰ. Prohibited Items:
1. Flammable or explosive materials such as lighters, alcohol (including alcoholic beverages), fireworks, compressed gas cans (including spray-type sunscreen or hair spray), gasoline, and other flammable liquids.
2. Corrosive substances such as strong acids, alkalis, chemical reagents, and batteries.
3. Liquids or substances that may leak, including unsealed bottles or containers (please empty cups or drink bottles before inspection) and chemical gels.
4. Oversized or overweight items—any luggage or equipment exceeding 50 cm in length or 5 kg in weight, including large backpacks, selfie sticks, and tripods (small handbags excluded).
5. Other dangerous objects such as sharp items, drones, pets (except guide dogs), or anything that may affect safe operation.
Ⅱ. Inspection Procedures:
Please place your belongings in the designated security area for inspection. You may be asked to open your bag for checking.
Prohibited items may be temporarily stored in self-service lockers (fee required) or left with your companion.
Visitors who refuse inspection will not be allowed to board.
Ⅲ. Consequences of Violations:
If you refuse to comply with safety procedures or are found carrying prohibited items, the park will take necessary measures in accordance with the “Safety Management Regulations” and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
