• The join tour product is a product that is operated by a large number of people, and departure is possible when a minimum of 4 adults are gathered.
  (If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will individually inform you 2 days before the tour date.)
• Private tour products can depart with a minimum of 2 adults.
• Some schedule adjustments are possible for individual tour products. If you wish to do so, please send us a separate message after making your reservation.
• Adult, Child Standard: Adult Height 1.4M or above / Child - Height 1M~1.39M / Infant (Free) - Under 24 months
• First of all, the event will be held in the city as well.
  - If the Bana Hills Cable Car operation is suspended due to severe typhoon or wind, changes and cancellations are possible.
  - Sun World will decide whether or not to operate the cable car.
  - If you decide not to participate in the tour or cancel it based on your own personal decision, no refund will be given.
• Free hotel pick-up/drop-off is for hotels in Da Nang city center. Additional charges apply for other areas.
• You can store your carrier (luggage) in the vehicle, but please take care of your valuables individually.
  
• Unlike downtown Da Nang, it may be foggy and a little chilly due to the high altitude, so please prepare a thin outerwear.
• The driver will pick up the travelers without a guide.
• The Bana Hills tickets will be distributed by the driver.
• Vietnamese drivers are not fluent in English or Korean, so communication is possible through a translator.
• Information on additional costs for public holidays (additional fee payment will be notified individually.)

• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule changes or time reductions due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• We are in charge of providing information about this free travel product, and the actual event is held through a local company.
