Warm reminder: Due to occasional ticketing system failures for Takachiho
boats, if you have purchased a package including a boat ticket, we will do our
best to complete the reservation for you. If the ticket purchase is ultimately
unsuccessful, we will notify you via email at least 4 days in advance. Thank

The Takachiho boat project is arranged for 2-3 people per boat; solo travelers
will share a boat with other group members. In case of force majeure, if the
boat project is cancelled, the boat fee of 2000 JPY/person will be refunded.

Departing from Fukuoka, head to Takachiho Gorge in Miyazaki Prefecture, a
gorge formed after the eruption of Mount Aso over 100,000 years ago.
Experience a spiritual journey brought by nature in the mysterious Takachiho
Gorge. You can choose to experience the Takachiho Amaterasu Small Train and
enjoy the magnificent scenery from the 105m-high railway! Afterwards, head to
Amanoyasukawara~ Finally, return to Hakata Station in Fukuoka to end this rich
day of travel.
