Great service and good organisation. I went alone so the staff helped me to take pictures which I appreciate as they seemed busy! Food was also delicious

It went bad ,if 5 star hotel working with so many agents and can not coordinate with each other ,it means very bad service.You can not book flight ,pay for it and get answer sorry it’s overbooked, specially when company has 5 stars.
