Following the flight to the Kapadokya Airport, you will meet with your tour guide and travel to the Cappadocia region via car. You will visit the open-air museum of Goreme, with its churches carved out of rock and colorful frescoes, and the Karanlik Church, which has recently been restored and announced as one of the world's treasures by UNESCO. The tour includes the Zelve Valley and the Kaymakli underground city, where the early Christians found refuge. Other sites will be Pasabag Valley with Fairy Chimneys, the Pigeon Valley, the citadel of Uchisar, and Avanos, the pottery village. Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia. It is a 7.000 feet tall memorial for Kings and Gods of the ancient world; its summit is decorated with several giant statues erected in 62 BC by King Antiochus I Theos of Commagene. The statues flank the tomb sanctuary. DAY 3: NEMRUD
Mount Nemrut
