The motorbike gives us the freedom to hit the best spots in the city for each dish. Enjoy as our drivers/ guides tell the stories of Hue’s many dishes, often folkloric and fiercely disputed, before hopping back on the bike to resume your voyage.
Our guides/ drivers are all licensed and experienced motorcyclists, and keen enthusiasts of Hue cuisine.

The cake will be steamed, after well cooked remove the leaf to eat. The dough is so transparent that you can see the shrimp filling inside.
