The airport pick-up service includes a free 90-minute waiting period from the actual arrival time of your flight. If the waiting time exceeds this limit, a waiting fee of ¥4,000 per hour will apply. Please note that this fee must be paid on-site.

I’d initially booked this service but later requested to cancel to enjoy cashback offer via shopback. The cancellation was not immediate (would Have been great if cancellation can be instant since it’s within the free cancellation period) but the CS team reverted via email in about a day or so to confirm status so all good. The service provider only reached out 2 days prior to confirm pick up / drop off details. Was a bit unnerving during this time as no means to reach out to them. The car arrived somewhat on time, the ride was safe and smooth. The car interior was clean but the outside was dirty like it just went on a road trip. Didn’t impact our comfort leave though. All things considered, will book again for my next travel with young kids few months down the road.
