• There is no pickup fee for city hotels.
• For pickup from out-of-town hotels, a minimum of 2 people is required, and an additional fee of 13,000 KRW per person may apply. We will provide payment instructions individually after booking.

【Booking Notes】

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled, in which case we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• As this tour involves long travel distances, please be mindful when booking if traveling with children or the elderly. (2 hours one way by car)
• All tour locations (firefly areas, islands, etc.) are public facilities. Even if you book a private tour, other teams or people may be present on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia.
• When booking, you must provide the exact English name as it appears on your passport.
• The itinerary and details above may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and some courses may be omitted or changed if unavoidable.

【Travel Notes】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical climate region, there may be a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to bring long-sleeved clothing.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents, theft, or illnesses caused by the customer's personal health condition or negligence during free time. Please be mindful of your safety.
• Guardians must accompany children during activities, and the safety management of children is the responsibility of the guardian.
• Please make sure to wear a life jacket when boarding the boat.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal actions during times when the guide is not present.
• It is not possible to change from the scheduled tour itinerary to an individual itinerary, and no refunds will be given if you leave the tour for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you may coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while in the vehicle, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up while the vehicle is in motion.

【Free Insurance (Up to 100 million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After booking the tour, please send us your name, resident registration
number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date. If you take 2 or
more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. Enrollment is possible at least 2 business days in advance. If you cancel
the tour, the insurance premium is at your own expense.

4. Enrollment is possible until the day before departure; enrollment is not
available on public holidays.

5. Insurance enrollment is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may
ignore this information.
