Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult
Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, panic disorder, person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited
For safety reasons, underweight riders or those who can't be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be permitted to ride
All guests are required to check in at the Ticketing Counter for a briefing on ride's rules, regulations, and associated risks before riding

Ticket Use & Booking
- Each ticket is valid for one SkyFlyers ride only, on the specified date and time
- Guests must book a timeslot in advance and ride only during the reserved session
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Tickets are non-refundable and not freely transferable. To transfer a ticket, the rider must contact the admission crew and complete/sign a waiver form. Failure to comply may result in denied access
Rider Requirements
- Minimum height: 120 cm
- Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult
- Health restrictions: Not permitted for riders with heart, cardiovascular, back, neck, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory concerns, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, pregnancy, recent surgery, injury, or mobility limitations that prevent proper use of restraints
- Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited
- Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety lock will not be allowed on the ride
Rider Safety Instructions
- No mobile phones, cameras, glasses, hats, pets, or other loose items allowed on the ride
- Store all loose items in lockers or with a non-rider
- Empty all pockets before boarding
- Follow all staff instructions at all times
- Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund
General Park Rules
- No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames
- No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside the park
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk

- SkyFlyers is a high-altitude, high-speed attraction with inherent risks, including rapid elevation changes, sudden movements, strong wind effects, and intense physical sensations (e.g., dizziness, vertigo, elevated heart rate, or body pressure)
- Potential injuries may include fainting, muscle strain, cuts, bruises, fractures, whiplash, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability
- This ride may not be suitable for all guests
Safe Place Policy
- SkyFlyers is committed to a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Guests experiencing harassment, discrimination, or distress should notify staff for immediate assistance
Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk
- By purchasing a ticket and boarding the ride, guests agree that:
- Participation involves inherent physical risks
- Guests assume all risks related to the ride
- AARC or its affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss
- Guests waive the right to sue or make claims against AARC or its affiliates
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of guests
- Any injury or accident must be reported to staff before leaving the premises
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be resolved under the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) rules, unless otherwise required by law
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of AARC shall be final
Modification of Terms
- AARC reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice
- The latest version published at the time of purchase or ride participation shall apply
