Eugenie our guide was so knowledgeable around the beautiful Melbourne Botanical Gardens. Wonderful trip.
Booked through Pelago and one of the notes stated- during the Victoria school holidays, children rides free. At boarding, a staff flat-out denied it and asked us to pay for our child. Only after pushing back were we eventually allowed on without paying. This shouldn’t happen. If you’re advertising a promotion, your staff should know about it and honour it, no arguments needed. The attitude on the day was also disappointing, coming across as dismissive and borderline rude. Misleading promotion and poor customer handling. Wouldn’t trust future bookings. And staff definitely needs some sort of training.
