Redemption was easy at JR office. Pass is good for short holiday trip to Hokkaido. Many things to explore and experience along the stations that this pass allows you to visit.
seamless process in issuing ticket with bonus of earning SQ mileage..
good
The voucher was received shortly after booking. Redemption at JR office was also easy. We were able to utilize it for our day trips to Otaru, Noboribetsu and train ride to airport.
The purchase is hazzle free and efficient. Exchange of pass is also very simple and fast.
Smooth
For me, 4 Days a bit short span to keep travelling. Originally we wanted to travel from Sapporo to Otaru as well as to Sapporo (Northeast) and Noboribetsu and finally Chitose, but in the end we only went for the first 2 destinations as it was a bit too energy intensive for 4 days of activity.
