I booked for massage for 5 people for 22/2. I called them on 21/2 to ask for a time. They didn’t have my booking number and told me to call Pelago. I emailed Pelago and they finally got hold of the massage place but they were totally booked out for 5 people massage. I haven’t got refund yet. They took my money but couldn’t fit me in for massage and I asked for refund and I haven’t received any reply yet.
It took about 15-20 mins to check booking at front desk. The facilities was clean and massage was good
