Our guide, Rut, contacted us the day before and arrived earlier than planned at our hotel. She was meticulous and shares good insights with us while en route to our sight seeing locations, even sharing tips and suggested food with us. We were also given cold wet wipes and water after our first location, which we really appreciated as the weather was really warm. The opportunity to sit on the train (one-way) and long tail boat ride also made the experience very enjoyable. Our first booking via pelago and we love how seamless the booking is.
Excellent Highly recommend - Big Country was on time, transportation was good. Vehicle we drove to the train station was clean, roomy. Had stops along the way to ensure the best toilets were available. The guides where knowledgeable .
