In this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to make delicious vegan pasta completely from scratch. But we go even further: you’ll start by milling your own flour, just like the old Italian families used to do. Here’s what we'll do step by step: -You’ll try our small stone mill and prepare the flour yourself! - We’ll teach you how to work the perfect egg-free dough. - While the dough rests, we’ll explain different shapes and techniques. - Shape the pasta of the day. After the hard work let's toast with a glass of wine while we cook your pasta and finally, we can sit to enjoy our handmade pasta together with a vegan sauce of course. IMPORTANT: The meal will be cooked and served with low/no salt and sugar to taste (and enjoy) the true essence of the food. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Our cooking class can be hosted either in a part of our house where there are lovely two cats or in a part where there are stairs to climb or maybe both.
