You will be given a bottle of water on the trip, and your driver will act as a tour guide, explaining and answering your questions.
Following the drop-off, our driver will inquire if you have any special needs and will solicit feedback on the services given. Feel free to speak up and ask questions. They will seek consent from the office for anything beyond their responsibilities.
