It was a comfortable and pleasant ride to the hotel.
Driver arrived early which was great. Car was clean and Driver was safe and polite
Driver was assigned the night before arrival. Messaged the driver after immigration clearance and the car arrives within 5 minutes at the pickup location. Very good.
The driver, Cik Jamal, was very understanding and helpful. Overall was very smooth and wonderful.
The driver is good at maintaining communication regarding pick up time and pick up location.
Booked this experience thinking it is a premium package, but I was picked up by a Perodua Bezza. Could have saved 20-30% if I just book a grab ride instead (and perhaps get a better car). The driver was very courteous though
