The partner was proactive in contacting me and provided replacement car since the original car was not able to make it. The pick-up was on time and though the flight was delayed, the car waited for me.
Driver was assigned the night before arrival. Messaged the driver after immigration clearance and the car arrives within 5 minutes at the pickup location. Very good.
