- Pick-up time: Customer specified time
- Pick-up point: Hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter, Surcharge for other pick-up areas. Surcharge will be paid directly to the driver.
- Duration (approximate): 4 Hour (half day tour); 8 hours (full day tour)
- Service time: 05:00 - 17:00 (lastest pick-up time is 17:00. Later pick-up time is subject to availability).
- Drivers speak Vietnamese and can understand basic English.
- Child seats on car will be confirmed subject to availability.
- Limit to 4 hours/ 8 hour rental car disposal and under 80km traveling. After 4 hours/ 8 hour, there will be an additional charge of 200,000 VND/ 1 hour (paid directly to the driver)

in Hanoi
- City 8 hours: Example: 8:00AM Pick up at the hotel to take guests to the
Incense Village sightseeing spot, 10:00AM visit Hat-making Village, 11:00AM
take guests back to the Old quarter for guests to have lunch then continue the
journey to visit the Train street, 36 Streets with ancient beauty. At the end
of the trip, the driver will take you back to the hotel.
