• There is no pickup fee for hotels in the city area.
• For pickups at out-of-town hotels, a minimum of 2 people is required, and an additional fee of 13,000 KRW per person may apply. We will provide payment instructions individually after booking.

【Booking Notes】

• If the minimum number of participants for departure is not met, the tour may inevitably be canceled. In this case, we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• All tour sites are public facilities, so even if you book a private tour, other teams or people may be present on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• This tour involves trekking courses and local meals, so it is not suitable for families with young children.
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, boarding the flight and entering Malaysia will not be possible.
• When booking, you must provide your exact English name as it appears on your passport. Due to changes in pier regulations since COVID-19, entry is only possible after verifying personal information in advance. Passport number and English name may be required.
• The travel itinerary and detailed contents above may change without prior notice depending on local conditions on the day (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and in unavoidable cases, some courses may be omitted or changed.
• The tour may be canceled on the morning of the tour due to weather. (In case of cancellation, it will be postponed or 100% refunded.)

• This is a hot and humid tropical region, but due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, there may be a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, so it is highly recommended to prepare long-sleeved clothing.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's personal health condition, or safety accidents/theft/illness occurring due to personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to pay attention to your safety.
• Mount Kinabalu National Park has many rocks, so please wear hiking shoes or sneakers if possible.
• We are not responsible for any problems that occur during individual shopping, optional tours, or personal activities during times when the guide is not present.
• It is impossible to change from the fixed schedule of the tour product to an individual schedule, and no refund will be given if you leave the schedule for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you can coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt while the vehicle is moving, and refrain from careless behavior such as standing up in your seat while the vehicle is in motion.

【Information on Free Insurance (Up to 100 Million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After applying for the tour, please provide your name, resident
registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the date of the tour, and if you
take 2 or more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. You can sign up at least 2 business days in advance. If you cancel the
tour, the insurance premium is at your own expense.

4. You can sign up until the day before departure, but sign-ups are not
available on public holidays.

5. Insurance sign-up is optional; if you do not wish to sign up, you may
ignore this information.
