Failed to deliver eSIM. Product advertised as Instant Delivery. Only confirmation of purchase sent. Enquired with customer services and over 4hrs later they replied with the same confirmation of purchase but still no eSIM. By this point I had arrived in Australia and was trying to leave the airport. I asked customer services for cancellation and refund (as I resorted to buying a new, different eSIM). Customer services rejected the request saying they sent the eSIM when they had not. 6 minutes later they sent the eSIM by email. Big waste of time and unnecessary stress.
