• The Park operates five days a week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
• The Park operates on Mondays and Wednesdays, except on Peak Days and Peak Plus Days.

• It is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except on public holidays and designated special days, until further notice.

• Due to the issuance of Gale or Storm Signal No. 8, the Park will delay opening until approximately 2 to 3 hours after the signal is canceled.
• If the signal is canceled less than 7 hours before the scheduled closing time (i.e. after 2:00 PM), the Park will remain closed for the rest of the day.
• The Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre will also be closed until further notice.
• Temperature screening and face masks are required for all guests.
• Capacity control measures are in place to ensure appropriate social distancing.

• For re-entry into the Park, guests are required to present their eTicket, and may also be asked to provide a handstamp, photo identification, and/or other personal identification.
• Guests may bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages into the Park for personal consumption. Items like instant noodles that require hot water are permitted.
• Smoking, including tobacco, e-cigarettes, and other products that emit vapor or smoke, is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

• Child Ticket: Ages 3–11
• Adult Ticket: Ages 12–59
• Senior Ticket: Ages 60 and above

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter Hong Kong Disneyland.

• Guests are required to make a reservation with a valid ticket before visiting the Park.
• Reservations are made for the date selected at the time of purchase and can be changed prior to arrival. To modify your reservation, visit this link and use the “Link Reservation from eTicket” option to cancel and rebook.
• Please note: Reservations are subject to limited availability based on ticket type.
• Only complete and unaltered eTickets will be accepted.
• E-tickets are void if altered or tampered with.

Guests with a 2-Day Park Ticket must make a separate reservation for each visit day.

• First, make a reservation for your initial visit using your eTicket.
• After arriving at the Park and redeeming your physical ticket, use the ticket reference number on the physical ticket to make a second reservation for your next visit.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.

No cancellation or refunds are allowed for this activity.

• Present your full-page Disney eTicket—either digitally on your mobile device or as a printed copy with a visible QR code—at the Main Entrance turnstile.
• You can proceed directly to the turnstile; there's no need to queue at the Ticket Booth.
• Each ticket is non-transferable and must be used by the same guest. A photo will be taken at entry to verify identity.
• Admission will be granted once your valid eTicket is scanned.

• The voucher is reserved for your selected date but remains valid for any date within the same tier or a lower tier.
• You may change the visit date via the Park’s official website, as long as it is within the 90-day validity period from the booking confirmation date.
