At the end of the bicycle tour, we were charged with an additional 50€ for the transport to the bike shop. The description clearly says this is included, the guide said it only included the transport of the guide, nobody mentioned this upfront . EgBridge Travel said transport is only included for East bank and concluded we should be happy we were safe. Please stop treating your customers in such a dishonest manner.
