Free waiting time: All the airport customers will have one free hour of waiting from the flight landing or 30 minutes free waiting from the desired pick-up time. All the house/hotel customers will have 15 minutes of waiting from the desired pick-up time. Our Drivers are friendly and have a good command of the English language. We always keep our vehicles neat and tidy so the passengers will have a pleasant journey.
Itinerary
Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. We track the flights and dispatch the driver according to the flight landing time. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the arrival hall at Costa Coffee Shop with the name board. For the hotel pick-up, Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the hotel lobby or dedicated meeting point with the name board. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the dedicated destination requested by the passengers.
