winning, single vineyard wines, including the rare and exclusive Lot 71
Reserve wines.

Then settle down as the sun sets over the vines to enjoy a generous glass
(topped up) of your favourite Passel Estate wine alongside a platter of local,
artisanal cheeses. Your Wine Sunsets experience includes a $20 voucher
towards any bottle of your choice to purchase on the evening.

As dusk falls, head home to finish the evening with our complimentary
chocolate encased bonbons that have been designed and hand-crafted to pair
perfectly with your chosen wine.
