Kind driver and guide, Dave. He was accommodating, drove safely and shared the cultural and history of Sydney & its wineries. Tastings from 3-4 vineyards were generous. Food-fire pizza lunch was delectable. We even had gin tasting. Ended off well with chocolate, cheese and wine-pairings.
