“Cuisine Hanakabe” is a fully reservation-only Japanese restaurant.
We offer only an omakase course that highlights seasonal ingredients.
We carefully select only the finest ingredients delivered that day from the market or sourced directly from selected producers across Japan, which is why we accept only one reservation per day.

- Beverages on the day are not included in the course price. A service charge of 10% and consumption tax of 10% will be added to the beverage charges.
- Tableware and furnishings include antiques and art objects. Please be careful with rings, watches, and other accessories. Excessive perfume should also be avoided.
- We do not accommodate vegetarian, halal, or vegan requests.
- Cancellations after your reservation is confirmed will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
