savory selection includes cherished Thai delicacies like Chor Muang Poo
(crabmeat dumplings with butterfly pea flower dye), Miang Kham Namtarn Tanod
(organic coconut palm sugar and bitter orange), prawn spring rolls with house-
made plum sauce, and grilled marinated pork (Satay Moo) with peanut sauce.
