- 4:00 pm-5:00 pm: Mindfulness and Meditation - Center yourself and cultivate inner peace with guided mindfulness techniques
- 5:00 pm-6:00 pm: Evening Yoga - Flow through gentle evening yoga to release tension and prepare for a restful night.
Day 2: Mindful Living
- 08:00 am-08:30 am: Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day
