Must Know
- The Golden Roundtrip (gondola, cogwheel train, and boat cruise) operates fully from 12 May to 19 Oct 2025.
- From 20 Oct to 7 Nov 2025, the Panoramic Gondola and Dragon Ride will be replaced by the cogwheel railway due to maintenance.
- From 20 Oct to 14 Nov 2025, the boat cruise will not operate. A lunch voucher will be provided instead.
- In case of weather-related or operational changes, tour content may be adjusted. No refunds will be given for missed attractions due to these circumstances.

Booked a day before the activity and i still got it! The confirmation was also quick with a file with the required details! The activities, guide and overall trip was good and smooth! Was given 2hrs to walk around lucerne which honestly was not enough to cover the city but was more than enough time for a quick bite and a walk around. We were also given 1hr30mins to walk around mt pilatus while waiting for our reserved timing for the cogwheel which was great! The guide at best of switzerland tour was super informative, definitely worth the price and trip!
